Sibley Township in North Dakota is an unincorporated community which does not have a local government. The township is situated within the boundaries of Dunn County and is governed by the County Government. The Dunn County Commission, which oversees the county’s political affairs, is comprised of five elected commissioners - two from Manning, two from Killdeer, and one from Sibley Township. The commission meets to discuss and act on issues pertaining to the county such as roads, taxes, land use regulations, and economic development programs. For general elections, residents of Sibley Township must register with the county election office to vote for representatives in both state and federal offices.
